      Title Forecast 2025: A Change in Direction for Trucking

      After two years of freight recession from a peak in 2022, and faced with emissions mandates for 2027, 2025 promises to be a transition year for trucking. Jim Meil will give an overview of business conditions starting with a high level overview of the economy, inflation and interest rates, working next to those impacts on transportation and freight, and finally to the outlook for Medium and Heavy Duty trucks and trailers.  Also included will be a peek ahead to 2026, as well as some comments on the used truck market.
